You Do Not Have to Be Silent

You do not have to endure 

* or keep hurting like there is no *

end to your suffering. You do not need *

to feel like you are suffocating just because 

there is no more fresh air to inhale. You do not 

have to  let others take your breath away. Those 

* * *  who consumed all the oxygen there was left

leaving you with a shattered heart and a depleted 

soul. You do not have to hold on to, perhaps, that 

familiar feeling like you are drowning, & no–

*  body is watching. Or, even worse, that *

everybody is watching but remains

* muted not necessarily because *

* * they don’t want to * * *

* but because they *

simply can’t. They have *

* their own silence to protect. 

But, I’ll tell you this much; your 

silence will not protect you. You *

* only have to breathe in and breathe *

out whilst witnessing the tension in your 

body slowly loosen its grip for every breath 

you take. You only have to tell your tender and 

delicate soul that the stiffness you have in your 

shoulders will slowly evaporate until it no longer 

serves its purpose. Its purpose is to constantly feed 

the demons with your beautiful but complex mind.

* You only have to *

* loosen your shoulders, *

shake both your arms & legs, *

shoulders down, straighten your 

back & put your head up. High up 

in the sky. You only have to walk 

* * proudly like everyone is * *

* watching you prosper * *

* before you actually *

* do. Let go of today’s *

* sorrows. Let the burdens 

worry you another day but * 

just not this day, not yesterday 

and most certainly not tomorrow.

* Meanwhile, that shattered heart of 

yours will slowly heal and be replaced 

with the tranquillity and serenity your *

being & doing are craving & fighting for. 

Meanwhile, stronger powers, tender spirits 

* and divine interventions will have their *

* * own course to clear new paths for * * *

* * * you to take on while figuring out * *

* * where you want to go and who * * *

* * * * you want to transform into * * *

* * * * when conquering the * * * * *

* * * * * whole wide world. * * * *

* * * * * *

* * * * *

* * lead you to someplace * * where you are both

able and capable to be in charge of the dark shadows, 

shadows that have steered the direction of your life up 

until now. Once you are in command of your doing &

being, you may not only redirect them to heal your 

open wounds that have been with you for so long 

* (that you cannot even remember when you *

* * actually got them), but also channel * *

them to imperfect masterpieces for *

* * other mortals to take part * *

* * * * * of, watch & * * * *

* * * behold. * * *

In the meanwhile you should 

live your life filled with wonders 

& in awe for Mother Nature, Miss 

Sun, Mrs Moon & Father Heaven. 

Whatever it may feel like, however 

harsh paths you have stumbled upon, 

wherever you will end up, no matter 

how heavy your burdens have been, 

your guardian angels will be there to 

gently and gracefully guide you when 

you stumble and mumble and cannot find 

your way or what the next righteous step will 

be. And I’ll tell you something else, I’ll even reveal 

the secret ingredient to it all. All you have to do is to 

trust, anticipate and most of all be assertive that things 

will unfold perfectly for you and unravel whatever it 

is that needs to be unravelled. Whatever doubts you

previously have had, you have to believe wholeheartedly,

* you have to trust wholeheartedly, you have to have *

faith in what will & is meant to come your way. *

* * * This is what it takes, however scared * * *

* * * stiff you might be. * * *

* * Because when you * *

do (fully trust that is), divine 

interventions will, surprisingly 

but very welcomely, encounter 

your everyday occurrences and 

your life will, at first, gradually 

shift into wonders and magical 

transformations. Once acquiring 

the skills in fully inhabiting your body, *

things will speed up. This is how you finally 

get to know and understand who you truly are 

* and what you are meant to do in this lifetime; 

transforming into the truest version of yourself. 

That is what divine interventions do, they get to

know you, the whole you, both strengths and 

* weaknesses and they will have a passage *

* * straight to your tender soul and * *

* delicate heart. They test you, *

* throw life in your face and if it is not *

in your face it will be in your stomach. They *

* will throw dirt, dillude, uncover, prevail, test you 

in every way possible.They will bend and mend, break 

and fake, dive and hive until you finally get it right. And 

once you get it right, in which you are fully and completely 

in alignment with who you are, things will never be the *

* same again. You can never look back again. This is the 

* moment your life will begin to shift, as you operate 

* * * less from mind activity and more from * * *

* * * * what your heart desires. * * * * *

You’ll not

only know the

before but also the after.

When being more attentive to

what your soul whispers into your 

ears, senses, mind and body, there is a 

shift in energy radiating from pure love 

rather than Dr Evil and Mr Ego. The right 

people will cross your path, the perfect *

circumstances will arise, the healing will have 

a profound effect and the bleeding will cease 

along with you slowly stepping into your full 

* potential. *

beautiful and complex mind, the depths of your 

soul and human body and dive into your Being 

instead of Doing, in addition to once you learn 

to enjoy, really take in this beautiful & holy 

transformation of yours. However, you must 

keep in mind that once you lose faith, 

divine interventions will evaporate 

in that very instant and never to 

surface in your life ever again.

you will reach destinations you never

possibly never * * * have imagined.
