Now I know that there is a whole She Told Me A Story community that not only supports but also appreciates not only my quirkiness but also my authenticity.

Now I know what inner transformation is all about. 

Now I know that I have stories  to tell.

Now I know that my writing is able to offer comfort to those in tremendous pain and agony.

Now I know that I am divinely inspired by both Mother Earth and Mother Nature. 

Now I know what I am capable of. 

Now I know that my quirkiness enhances my writing.

Now I know that my ever-running thoughts can be slowed down by Anna Lovind’s teaching and especially her guided meditations.

Now I know that social media disrupts my brain capacity.

Now I know what it means to say yes to myself. 

Now I know how and when to prioritize my well-being & health. 

Now I know that my mind needs a whole lot of grounding. 

Now I know that I am not like many of my peers and that, too, is okay.

Now I know what it is like to be emotionally independent and free of sorrow and anxiety. 

Now I know that I am not only a beginner writer but a writer in itself. 

Now I know my floods & tides. 

Now I know how to fill my life with content. 

Now I know that I am in love with nature.

Now I know that I am who I am because I of the version I never turned out to be.

Now I know how to combat my anxiety. 

Now I know how to and to treasure my body.

Now I know that my mind, soul, heart & body need to be in alignment with each other in order for me to be ready to receive every wording that is coming my way. 

Now I know that the Universe has a plan for all of us, me included. 

Now I know that I am not alone and never have been throughout my life.

Now I know how to love myself unconditionally at all times, all costs.

Now I know the art of sharing, the art of receiving &, above all, the art of bestowal. 

Now I know the art of healing, dealing & feeling.

Now I know that I am not a train wreck. 

Now I know that I have the ability to turn my life around. 

Now I know how to scare off those wretched  demons that for too long have captivated my mind, body, soul & heart. 

Now I know how to use my pain, agony and human experiences into my writing. 

Now I know how to fully love & be fully loved.
