If you’re building a personal brand in 

education or coaching, understanding how

to navigate social media effectively is key. After 

months of exploring different platforms to position 

Fearless Founders, I’ve gathered some valuable insights 

that could help you on your journey. Here are my key take-

aways: Facebook: I’ve decided to completely dismiss Face-

book from my strategy—it doesn’t align with my goals and 

isn’t worth the effort. Instagram: While it offers potential *

growth, Instagram’s algorithm often groups educators and

coaches with those promoting questionable schemes, which 

can harm your brand’s reputation. I’ve also noticed that 

videos with higher production quality often receive less 

engagement compared to those that are more organic *

TikTok: Despite the crowded 

space, TikTok’s algorithm is highly precise 

and does a great job of targeting specific audiences, 

especially in business, startups, and expert niches. Linked-

* In: This remains my go-to platform for networking and *

generating high-quality leads. It’s perfect for reaching a refined 

and a professional target audience that aligns with my objectives.

Twitter: Twitter is where I feel most at home. It’s a space where

I see continuous growth and where the algorithm is improving,

helping me connect more effectively with the startup ecosystem.

Instagram Strategy: Currently, I’m using Instagram primarily

as a visual showcase and to direct targeted campaigns, with

out heavily investing in content creation. Content Creation:

Through my observations, I’ve found that I’m more com-

fortable creating videos and writing text than taking

pictures, which significantly influences my content

strategy. This preference has led me to focus on

producing quality, authentic content for Linked-

In and Twitter. TikTok Strategy: As for TikTok,

I’m still refining my approach, but I’m leaning

towards sharing more behind-the-scenes

content in Spanish.
