& on top of tHIS most unexpected discovery, I landed my dream job at Malmö University in the process. In a position that I am not only qualified in but also one that resonates with my core values & the personality that I inhabit. I never get bored. I learn new things every day. I constantly try to improve my skills. I am a part of the best team, best team leader, best seniors in which I get to learn from, great role models, patient mentors & an awesome management team.
I feel very much alive for the first time in a long time. I feel safe, I feel seen, I feel valued.
& I am baffled to the skills I have acquired in such a short period of time, 1,5 years. Who knew?
I become a better & upgraded version of myself merely by having all these amazing colleagues around me on a daily basis.
When all these components intertwine with each other, one can accomplish great things in a very short period of time. This is my experience, anyways.

Fast forward, two years later, I’ll be the first one to celebrate 🍾 two year anniversary with She told me a story together with Victoria Sandberg
We met at the very first event of this community. She as one of the cofounders & I was an attendee. As soon as the introduction was over, we immediately approached one another.
She started the conversation with
– Can I be your friend?
& I replied back to her;
– Can I be of any help?
That was our first greeting with one another. She saw something in me, something that I, myself, thought was broken. I saw something in her that she couldn’t at the time; an unpolished diamond.
& we have stuck to it ever since, both receiving extraordinary gifts, as well as, valuable learning curves. But most of all, we keep reminding each other why we decided to walk the path of CHANGE MAKERS.

Simply because we want to live in a kinder world with a touch of female impact. That’s it. That’s all.
