This is a story about making a difference in someone else’s life. It is also about a story about BEING KIND & reaching out to someONE else when in need. She told me a story
I had seen this woman at ÖoB several times in the small town where I live. There was something about HER. She had this aura aROUND HER. She has the widest smile & KINDest HEARt.
I went there & gifted this woman my tiny, but most inSIGNificant, little poem. I gave HER a quote that was whispered into my BEING & senses by the Word Whisperer. KINDness, with a beautiful letter, & a photo that I had taken.
This took place last fall, fall of 2024.
Ever since, every time I go to ÖoB, & she is there, she not only lights up when she sees me but she also tells me about all her endeavors she has made since the last time we met. It is as she cannot maintain herself. The words are swooshing out of her mouth one word after another. & she radiates an aura nothing earth-like whatsoever.
I went there as of yesterday (middle of March 2025). This is when she told me her story. She was, previously, out of work.
Ever since then (when she was gifted this particular poem), she dared herself to contact her bank. She asked for a loan to take her driver’s license. They (the bank) decided to take a leap of faith. They granted her a decent loan for her to pull it off.
Normally, she continued, she hates studying & was never any good at it. But she worked hard & studied hard. Took one driver’s lesson after anotHER.
You know what, she pulled it off, mostly to her own great surprise. 12 weeks later she earned her driver’s license.
She has, since then, been to several job interviews within ÖoB. She now has three to four places in Skåne to work at. They all reach out to her more often than seldom. This is beCAUSE they noticed the impACT she had not only on her colleagues but also the customers.
Greeting everyONE with a genuine smile.
LOOKing her customers in tHEIR eyes.
ASKing them how they are DOING.
WISHing them a lovely day when leaving.
Them (the customers) leaving with an alMOST unnoticeABLE hint of smile.
SomeTHINg happened to HER when she received the poem. She didn’t realize it until I politely & modestly asked her when this SIGNificant change started.
As of yesterDAY, she told me that she thanks the stars 🌟 for meeting me & receiving my gift 🎁.

I know that only it takes one person that has relentless faith in someone else for that person to change course in life.
We nEVER introduced ourselves by naME until today. Her name is Jenny. But it doesn’t really matter.
& I asked for her permission to post this here, at LinkedIn.
The photos 📸 are blurry, it is an old mobile phone &, hence, an outdated camera 📷. We are both teary in our eyes & very moved by her pulling off one measurABLE accomplishment after anotHER.
